What Stayed The Same

The same location. 1460 East Ridge Road, Rochester, NY 14621.

The same in-person service. You can still walk in, get measured, try on boots, and talk to somebody who knows the difference between a Class A shirt and a Class B.

What Changed

Wicked Smart has been decorating and supplying apparel from Watervliet, New York since 2009, with screen printing, embroidery, engraving, and heat transfer all done in-house. Bringing that under the same roof as the Rochester public safety business means a few things for you:

• A deeper uniform bench. We're an authorized dealer for Blauer and First Tactical, and carry brands and product such as; Gould & Goodrich duty leather, Streamlight and Nightstick lighting, Rocky boots, Survival Armor body armor, and even more tactical brands and accessories. Shop our public safety catalogs here.
• Decoration handled in-house. Department patches, name tapes, uniforms, and apparel don't go out to a third party. We print, embroider, engrave, tailor, and heat transfer everything ourselves. This means we control the quality and the process.
• Agency web stores. We build online uniform stores for departments, with rank-based catalogs, allowance tracking, and PO billing. Officers order their own gear against their allowance; you get one invoice. Shop public safety web stores here.
• Two New York locations. Rochester plus Watervliet, so we can support agencies across the state and respond to county and municipal bids.
